Soluklan 1.3: programs and suggestions made for you
The first program, running for weeks, a length picker that suggests a range instead of a single number, techniques ordered for you, and smarter notifications.
10 September 2026
Up to 1.3, Soluklan asked you what you'd do that day. This release tried to answer three questions at once: how long, which technique, and how often. Programs look at how often, the suggested range at how long, and the personal ordering at which technique.
Programs
A program is a daily habit that runs for weeks. Each day you open that day's session, and the app keeps track of where you are. The first program is 28-Day Sighing: five minutes of the physiological sigh a day for four weeks. The program screen shows in one place which day you're on, which days you missed and how your scores are going.
When the program ends, you get a tally of how many days, sessions and minutes you did, and the All the Way achievement. The 28-Day Sighing and setting up a program articles explain how a program works.
A range for the length
The suggested session length is no longer a single number but a range. It takes into account your experience, the scores of your recent sessions, how often you finish that technique, the time of day and your streak. As you drag the slider, you feel it under your finger when you enter the range. Which piece of information changes the suggestion and how is in the how suggestions work article.
Techniques ordered for you
The order in the technique picker is no longer fixed. The technique you did today moves back, the one you've neglected lately moves forward, and if you have a program running, its technique stays at the very top. The technique and length article covers the whole picker.
Smarter notifications
The streak alert no longer lands right after a reminder. A reminder you set yourself isn't caught by quiet hours. A Night option was added for people who go to bed late. If you gave a health note in the intake quiz, you never get reminders or nudges about techniques that aren't suggested for you. The details are in the reminders article.
Summaries that match your level
The personal summary, the weekly summary and the program tally get simpler or open up depending on the interface level you chose. At the simple level you see only what's needed; at the advanced level you see every measurement. The interface levels article explains the difference between the three levels.
Polish
The pause screen shows the time done instead of the time left. When you're already on your longest streak, it no longer says "your longest streak was this". The streak achievements were removed, because they measured the same thing as milestones. Three achievement icons that looked alike were redrawn, and a score above 95 is shown as a hundred.
