Including these makes it quicker to solve
- Your device and iOS version (for example: iPhone 14, iOS 18.2)
- The app version — it is at the bottom of Profile → Settings
- What you did and what you expected to happen
- A screenshot, if you have one
If you are describing a problem with a session, telling us which technique it was and on what date makes it easier to match with the records.
If you want your anonymous records deleted
If you turned anonymous sharing on, the records that were sent are held under a randomly generated identifier. If you want those records deleted, write to the same address; if you pass on your identifier from the app, the matching records are deleted.
