Soluklan 1.2: Ocean Breath, milestones and weekly summaries
Ocean Breath, which keeps the rhythm with its sound, milestones on the calendar, summaries that set weeks side by side, and settings that sync across devices.
September 2026
The theme of 1.2 was seeing your progress. The streak sat there as a number, but you couldn't see where that number was heading or what had changed since last week. This release answered that with milestones and weekly summaries, and added a new technique alongside them.
Ocean Breath
In Ocean Breath the inhale is silent and the exhale is softly audible: you narrow your throat a little and hear the rustle the air makes as it passes. That sound keeps the rhythm by itself, so you don't need to count. Because the microphone hears this sound easily, the technique was brought forward. Its tutorial was rewritten step by step, since in early tries it wasn't clear how to do it. We explained how it's done in the Ocean Breath article.
Milestones
As your streak grows, there are stops along the way: when you reach certain numbers of days, they're marked on the calendar and a small celebration appears. Besides the ready-made stops, you can set one of your own, for example at the end of a holiday. The streak and milestones article explains how both work.
Weekly summaries
Weeks sit side by side: how many days you did a session, your average score, what changed since last week, and the mistake that came up most that week. It's for seeing the overall trend without looking at sessions one by one. It's in the summaries and achievements article.
Measurement tuned with real recordings
Breath detection was measured against real session recordings and tuned again. Far more exhales are heard in the same session, and detection recovers even if the room gets noisy halfway through.
Pick up on iPad where you left off on the phone
Your settings and intake answers now sync across devices through your own iCloud account. The setup you made on the phone is ready on iPad too. What is kept where is in the managing your data article.
Less repetitive notifications
Reminders no longer come at the same time with the same technique every day. The notification settings got simpler too, with the details moved under Advanced options. It's all in the reminders article.
On iPad the text is written for the tablet, an extra large widget was added for the Home Screen, and the session screen draws more smoothly.
