HOW TO USE IT

History, summaries and achievements

Session history, the weekly summary, the personal summary and achievements. What each one shows and when it opens.

5 min read

Everything your sessions add up to shows in four separate places. All of them are reached from Profile.

Session history

A list of every session you have done: date, technique, length and score. Tap a session and that day's report opens — with its measurements, exactly as you saw it at the time.

This is the most direct way to see whether you are improving in a particular technique.

Weekly summaries

The weeks sit side by side. For each week you get how many sessions, how many minutes, the average score, and what changed against the week before.

Tap a week and its detail opens: which techniques you did, which days were completed, how your scores moved.

If you want the week's summary as a notification on Sunday evening, that option is in Notification options.

The weekly summaries open after a certain point. While locked, they tell you what is needed.

The personal summary

A longer view drawn from your whole session history: the technique you do most, the technique you are best at, the time of day that goes better for you, your longest streak, and how you have changed over time.

This screen also opens once you have built up enough sessions.

Achievements

There are dozens of achievements: to do with trying techniques, keeping it up, scores and programs. The ones you have earned are in colour, the ones you haven't are faded, and each says what it needs.

The notification that tells you when you are close to an achievement is optional: Notification options → Tell me when a badge is close.

Achievements aren't a list of targets; they are a record of what you did, to look back on.

The interface level changes this too

All three summary screens get simpler or fuller depending on your interface level:

On Simple, they say what you did. On Standard, how it went. On Advanced, why it went that way.

At the Simple level the screen doesn't go empty; only the weight of interpretation drops. If you want more, change it under Settings → Interface.

Where your data is

All of this sits on your device. If iCloud is on it syncs in your own account — so when you sign in on another device your history is there. We have no developer access to that area.
