Soluklan 1.6: Apple Watch and shared sessions
The Apple Watch app: the rhythm comes to your wrist as haptics, and your heart rate is measured. Shared sessions together with the phone, and editing your own milestones.
30 September 2026
1.6 brought Soluklan to the wrist. You can do a session on the watch on its own, or start a shared session together with the phone.
A session on the watch
In the watch app you pick the technique and length and do the session from your wrist. The rhythm comes as haptics: you can follow your breath without looking at the screen, even with your eyes closed. Your heart rate is measured throughout the session and shown at the end. Heart rate here is a measurement, not a health assessment. Which permissions the watch asks for and what it shows where are in the Soluklan on Apple Watch article.
Shared sessions
The watch's microphone doesn't hear breath as well as the phone does. A shared session splits the work: the phone listens to your breath and the watch measures your heart rate. When the session ends, the report shows a heart rate graph next to your exhales. How to start one is in the shared session article.
Your own milestones
The stops of your own that came in 1.2 can now be edited: you can change their name, day and colour, or delete them. Stops show on the calendar as numbers instead of symbols. It's in the streak and milestones article.
The rest of the release is bug fixes and polish.
