Share cards
Sharing your session, your streak and your milestones with a card: where it opens, what's on the card and what isn't shared.

When you finish a session or your streak reaches a certain point, you may want to show it to someone. Soluklan draws a ready-made card for that. The card is prepared on your device and goes through your phone's own share menu: you choose where it goes and to whom.
Three cards
Session card. Opens from the share icon next to Again on the results screen. It only appears for a session you completed that counts towards your streak. The middle of the card has the breathing circle and the technique's name, with the session's length underneath. If the session was measured with the microphone, your score is on the card, and if your streak is at least two days, your streak is too.
Streak card. Opens from the share icon in the top corner of the streak screen, once your streak is at least two days. The card has a large flame, how many days the streak has been running and a strip of the last two weeks: the days you did a session, the days your shield protected and the repaired days, each with its own mark.
Milestone card. At the end of the session in which you reach a milestone, it opens from the share icon under the box showing your streak growing. The card has the milestone's badge, the number of days and the milestone's name.
Preparing the card
When you tap the share icon, a preview of the card opens first. Here you choose a Dark or Light background; your last choice is remembered. Tap Share and the card is drawn and your phone's share menu opens.
The card is vertical, story-sized (1080 × 1920 pixels). At the bottom are Soluklan's name and the store badges. A short sentence and a link go along with the card, for example "Today I did 5 minutes of Box Breathing on Soluklan." The link goes to a small page on this site, which sends whoever opens it to the App Store or Google Play depending on their phone. The sentence has no score; anyone who wants it sees it on the card.
The share buttons are there at every interface level.
What isn't on the card
The card doesn't have your name, your email or anything that identifies you. Your heart rate, your health answers and your notes aren't on the card either. The card only has the technique, the length, the score if it was measured, the streak and the milestone. The one exception is milestones you set yourself: that milestone's card shows the name you gave it.
The card is drawn on your device, and nothing is sent to a server. If you've separately agreed to the anonymous usage summary, only the fact that "share" was tapped is counted as a number, not the card's contents.
Android
On Android
The cards and buttons are in the same places. The preview opens from the bottom of the screen, and the card is handed to the phone's share menu as an image. If the image can't be drawn for some reason, only the sentence and the link go.
iOS
There is no share card on Apple Watch.
